The system memorizes the intervals between notes, the rhythm, the dynamics of each hit, and which of up to four Synare 3 drums was hit. On playback, these sequences can be combined and a variable tempo may be selected.

The Synare 3 drum and sequencer combination forms a truly polyphonic system: any drum can be played while the sequencer is in use. This allows overdubbing the sequence and adding accents or polyrythms on stage!
