Dual Twin
DualTwin combines four voltage-controlled State Variable Filters arranged as two flexible dual-filter pairs with routing switches for advanced signal flow possibilities.
DualTwin features four filters arranged as two configurable pairs, each equipped with flexible routing switches. The architecture lets you sculpt sound in true stereo or patch the filters together in mono for deeper, more complex processing chains. The filter is highly versatile and precise, designed not just to colour the sound, but to truly refine and enhance the signal.
The DualTwin has 4 voltage-controlled State Variable Filters. The routing of each pair of filters are Bp to Bp, Bp to Lp and (Lp) to Lp. (Lp) is an inverted LP output. In the (LP) – LP position the inverted LP adds to the other (non-inverted) LP. This will mute the signal if both are in the pass band and if both input signals are the same - resulting in a bandpass filter.

I/O
Each filter features its own dedicated audio input, with intelligent normalization for fast patching: In1 feeds In2, and In3 feeds In4 whenever the secondary inputs are left unpatched. An additional In-All input routes audio to all four filters simultaneously.
CV
Dedicated CV inputs control the cutoff frequencies of the filters. CV1 is normalized to CV2, and CV3 to CV4 when the secondary inputs are unused. CV-All provides simultaneous frequency modulation for all four filters.
Resonance
Each filter includes an individual resonance CV input, with incoming control voltages added to the resonance controls. Res1 normalizes to Res2, and Res3 to Res4 when unpatched. At higher resonance settings, the filters are capable of self-oscillation.
Outputs
Each filter pair features its own dedicated output stage with integrated VCAs. When no signal is patched to the VCA CV input, the VCA remains fully open for direct signal flow. Additional mix inputs allow external signals to be blended into each output path.
Out All
The Out All output provides a direct mix of BP1, BP2, BP3, and LP4, creating a ready-made composite output of the filter network.
